When working at the Lincoln University Post Office, Thomas observed the most diverse example of America's population. He witnessed how America could be if we understood why we are the way we are. Through the mail, America's story is recorded. Life at the Post Office window is being threatened by DELIVERING FOR AMERICA, the 10-year plan for America's mail. It should not be that way.
