Privatize the mail?
Only if Employee-owned.

If I Were Postmaster General

Privatization of American mail delivery has never been more eminent. Thomas Padlan-Malm, a candidate for the presidency of the American Postal Workers Union, presents his ideas to the current citizen-owners (the U.S. Citizens) of the American mail system to help them understand why employee-owned is the only win-win for them.

Perhaps more importantly, Thomas Padlan-Malm is asking his brothers and sisters within the Locals of the American Postal Workers Union to nominate him as a candidate for the Presidency of the American Postal Workers Union. This site represents ideas Padlan-Malm will take to Washington to set the stage for elevating the focus on its mission to restore and expand service while taking all financial burden from American citizens.

Throughout this site, Padlan-Malm demonstrates the differences between the working plans of 4% of all organizations and the standard "crap shoot" practices of most businesses.

"Go away, kid. You bother me."

Thomas said the letter he received on behalf of Chairman Roman Martinez felt a bit like W.C. Fields might have dictated it.

In December 2022, after Delivering for America's second year of losses, Thomas sent MISSION POSSIBLE to Chairperson Roman Martinez. After reading the letter below that Padlan-Malm received from the Board of Governors, feel free to click on it for your downloadable copy of the MISSION POSSIBLE idea that Chairman Martinez declined.
